2020Happy Mallie Monday, and welcome to October!
Me making a music newsletter might seem a bit out of left field, but I’ve had a passion for curating playlists and discovering new artists since I could get my hands on LimeWire. My older brother was a real music buff, and had me listening to The Decemberists in 2nd grade. For almost every occasion, I’m the friend who makes the playlists.
Loved ones have encouraged me to share my selections publicly, so here we are with OCTOBER 2020, the first Mallie Mondays. This is and always will be totally free, for all to enjoy (as long as you have Spotify, apologies as that’s my only streaming platform). At the end of the day, these playlists are just personal bits of myself that I’m wanting to share and keep record of as mini “mixtape journals” of my life.
Like any good playlist, this one was meant to be listened to all the way through, in order.
